#aizakhan perform from fiery & authoritative to emotionally distraught in #mein, she has essayed all these emotions remarkably well, while still being able to make Mubashira likeable. We got to hear a little of her backstory too this week. Washed out face, but looking beautiful, she tells us of her mother who left - for another man? The scenes featuring Ayeza were beautifully. Mubashira’s life will change when hero comes into her life. Full credit to Zaid for stopping her ex-husband’s slap. Wahaj seems to have been told to play this calm as opposed to Murtasim style, hoping he’ll pick up post shadi to Mubashira.
Sabeena, is looking nicely comfortable in her role here & Nameer is doing a good job as the cool but complicated brother. Hopefully Zaid’s dad hadn’t referred to a psychiatrist as “shrink”. Sounded insensitive to the occasion. Her father thought Mubashira wudn’t like to see a professional but she seemed quite comfortable at the session. Rayan, though, was giving off strange vibes. Why was he staring after the therapist? Not happy that his sis is getting help?
Ayra’s track is so so.
This show will remain interesting if they don’t drag it.
