Ramadan Recipes - Part 1

This combo is absolutely INSANE! Bolognese and tacos are some of my favourite dishes - so flavourful, easy to make and so filling!

Macros per Taco (5-6 total tacos)

249 Calories - 24g Protein | 21g Carbs | 8g Fat

Ingredients (for 5-6 Tacos)

- 400g Lean Ground/Minced Beef (I use Topside Beef)
- 1 medium Onion finely diced
- 3-4 Grated Carrots
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 50g Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1-2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Can Chopped Tomatoes (Brand: Napolina)
- 5-6 Mini Tortillas (Brand: Mission Wraps)
- 50g Shredded Mozzarella - 10g per taco (Brand: Aldi Emporium)
- Optional garnish with Parmesan and Parsley
