HEAVY BENCH IS BACK!
I have partially torn and strained both pecs from heavy benching many times in my life. I am now benching “heavy” with no tightness or discomfort and hopefully can keep progressing because for me, my chest grows best with barbell bench (in my mind at least!).The way I did this was through FULL-ROM training for years and focusing on full-rom on my bicep training (incline bicep curls) to condition my bicep tendon.

I won’t push it too hard, but it feels good to move some heavy weight on bench again!
