Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian city of millions of Kharkiv has twice suffered devastating shelling of Russian invaders. The Russian military used Grad multiple launch rocket systems against a peaceful city.

As a result of Russian shelling on February 28, 2022, 87 residential buildings were damaged in Kharkiv, nine people were killed and 37 were wounded, including three children.

On March 1, at 8:01, the invaders launched a new missile strike on the central square of the city - Svobody Square. According to the SES, at least six people were injured, including a child.

Data on the dead are being clarified. At the time of the strike, the curfew was already over, some residents of the city took to the streets. As a result of the shelling, the building of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration was badly damaged.
