Teens Steal Car, Kill Baby, Get Misdemeanor Charges

Two Chicago teens steal a car, and while joyriding, they hit a family. They kill Cristiansito Uvidia, the families 6-month-old baby, but they only get charged with misdemeanors, criminal trespass to a vehicle, and they are released. Families pain is unbearable.
