Let's be very clear about this accusation.
Section 230 offers broad immunity from responsibility to "platforms" from editorial responsibility and excuses them from censorship concerns... in theory.
The New York Times, however, is not such a platform and does bear editorial responsibility for what it chooses to publish.
In an article entitled "The Worst People Run For Office. It's Time for a Better Way." NYT contributing opinion writer, Dr. Adam Grant, of the Wharton School advocates for the elimination of US elections.
It is beyond time to remind everyone that there should be consequences for crimes, most especially when such consequences are being assigned to other people. The 14th amendment, which the lefties are so concerned with regarding the January 6th events, also guarantees equal protection under the law.
