Country singer, songwriter Corb Lund says he was surprised when he got the call from Lethbridge and District Exhibition to be this year’s Whoop Up Days parade marshal.
The multi-CCMA and Juno award winner, who performed on the Grand Ole Opry stage last year and starred in the movie Guitar Lessons, has already had a busy summer. He just released a new album and has been touring all over the U.S. But Lund, who still lives in southern Alberta says he’ll be home just in time to lead the parade on August 22nd.
This year’s Whoop Up Days Whoop Up Days runs from August 22nd to the 26th at Lethbridge and District Exhibition.
