A brawl broke out today between Ukrainian and Russian diplomats at the PABSEC conference. It started when a Russian diplomat ripped the Ukrainian flag out of a Ukrainian diplomat's hand. The Ukrainian diplomat then punched him out and put him in a chokehold before ripping the flag out of his hands. In many ways, it’s the perfect metaphor for Russia - like any bully, once you hit them back they crumble into pieces.
