We have transformation programs, bodybuilding and powerlifting programs, all sorts of sports specific programs to help us excel at our desired sport. But what about longevity? What is the best training program to have a long lifespan? No, let's adjust that a long healthspan.

We can't guarantee how long we are going to live, but we can improve the odds. For most of us we don't just want to be alive, we want to live. For the is quite the difference between being alive and truly living!
