Many people are suspicious of Hunter Biden's legal filing, as it claims that the immunity agreement he signed with the president's son, who is under investigation, is still in effect. RedState reported that his lawyers made the claim in a court filing in Delaware.
It’s interesting to note that Hunter Biden’s team claims that the questions that Judge Maryellen Noreika asked on July 26th are no longer relevant due to the agreement reached with the prosecutors. They want the charges dismissed in Delaware and are asking to relocate them to another district.
