Is this the BEST TIME to LEASE A CAR or WORST time?

So is this the best time to lease a car or is it the worst time to lease a car? tell me your thoughts on whether you should sell up quick and get a lease or if the market is way too restrictive due to the semiconductor shortages causing delays in new car production and availability. With used car prices going up every day the time might be right to make your big move into a new car.

Car leasing in the UK is usually simple enough but the shortages mean that wait times for new cars are getting longer and longer by the day with some manufacturers even closing the books on new car orders until things get back to normal.

New car sales have been hit hard due to this which makes used cars more in demand and therefore more costly.

Leasing a car is a great option at the moment but getting hold of one is very difficult so if you want a car anytime soon you're probably stuck with "in-stock" lease deals. This means you're more restricted on modifications and optional extras but sometimes there are real bargains to be had. With used car prices being so high, selling your old car now and getting a car lease on an "in-stock" deal could potentially give you a year of "free" motoring if you play your cards right. The question of leasing a car vs buying a car has never been more relevant than now. #carleasing
