Jeep Cherokee XJ MOD Increase Fuel Tank Capacity: DIESEL ONLY

In this video I show a simple hack to increase the fuel capacity of a standard 97+ XJ tank. A chap from Instagram called John kindly told me about the hack and I thought I would give it a try. Previously I was able to pump in 72 litres of delvis into the tank and after the hack I could get in 90 litres. I could squeeze in a bit more by inserting a copper tube bent upwards inside the breather but given the lack of headroom in the tank I thought it best to leave it at breather level.
