Stages of Spiritual Understanding | Mark 8:1-26

Do you ever feel that you understand somethings spiritually, but it's really like you're still so far away? In Mark chapter 8 Jesus heals a blind man but He doesn't fully restore him all at once. Why? We can glean from this that Jesus is showing his disciples where they are currently at spiritually: they see, but they don't see. They have some understanding, but still so far to go.
