I just noticed Ryan Reynolds was in one of the sci-fi original movies (Amityville Horror). He's come a long way, baby. Oh sorry..."syfy." No, I'm never letting it go. Yeah yeah, speculative fiction. I get it, it's still stupid. We have some Papa John's CEO commercials before he showed himself the door, digiorno, dominos, and maybe one more pizza commercial. People ate a lot more pizza back in the fall of 2009. Then we learn the ways of the Ninja in the very 2000's John Woo inspired Ninja Assassin (coming out Thanksgiving).

This is also where we get logos and ads appearing in shows themselves. Like the ask(dot)com ad. That's like in the show blocking the screen. Same with Tracy Morgan's Scare Tactics show. I had to cut a couple since it was too long into the episode to really show well.

Palm pilot commercial. Oh my. I don't remember ever seeing a palm pilot commercial or know anyone who had one. Blackberry phones sort of stole all their thunder and were the "It" phone of before the iPhone stole the crown. A palm pilot is like a smartphone without the phone (or usually internet) part. I wonder why they went away? This whole internet thing is just a fad. Soon the VHS tape resurgence will begin and while I'll be cash poor, I'll be tape rich.
