1993 CDC "Have A Kitchen Table Talk About AIDS" PSA Commercial (90's Lost Media)

From the CDC's "America Responds to AIDS" ad campaign. The Centers For Disease Control felt that if you just told kids and people not to have sex or do drugs then it would solve the problem (spoiler: it did). This mom just said she's going to have a serious conversation and then they gave a number to get a FREE AIDS pamphlet. I appreciate the CDC trying to help, but I question the efficacy of this ad.
