Apparently, the Colorado Supreme Court says it's okay for our legislature to confuse voters.  George welcomes lawyer Chris Murray to discuss the court's ruling on Preparation/Proposition HH. Should you or the Government decide where you should live?  George continues the conversation about Gov. Polis issuing an executive order on housing that, surprise, is bone headed.  Next, would you be surprised to learn an assault conviction can lead to a longer prison sentence than causing death? Has accountability in the Colorado judicial system changed after we covered how 1 in 6 judges has not filed financial disclosure reports for years as required by law?  Okay, probably has more to do with the great work of our guest, investigative journalist David Migoya from the Gazette, but he did break the story our show. Now the state Judicial Discipline Panel is asking for information on more than 120 judges.
