The National Citizens Inquiry testimony of Darcy Harsch, a manager of a group home for disabled adults.
In 2016, Darcy suffered a debilitating stroke, and this was the main reason he refused to get the covid vaccine. His coworkers were anxious and filled with fear. He watched as they interacted less with the clients and became uncaring towards them.
He describes the time during a Zoom meeting that everyone left to get their vaccine. Within hours, two of the vacinnated people had to be rushed to the hospital. This scared Darcy.
He was eventually let go for refusing to disclose his vaccine status.
Darcy and his wife were seeking a fresh start, so they moved to another province. They both landed good jobs and are making many new friends.
Darcy is happy in his new position and remains optimistic for tomorrow.

The covid restrictions and mandates hurt many Canadians. Please listen to their stories.
