PocketGo S30 | Super Nintendo Themed Retro Handheld

Today we are going to look at the PocketGo S32 gaming handheld and see how well it performs. We will be doing N64, PS1, PSP and Dreamcast emulation and seeing if this $60 dollar handheld can dish out enough performance to enjoy those consoles.

We are running the device on a custom firmware called Simple30. Pretty easy to install, you essentially just drag and drop the firmware onto an sd card and insert to run.

Currently using the following cores for testing:

SNES Emulation - snes9x2010 core
Gameboy Advance Emulation - mgba core
N64 Emulation - mupen64plus core
PS1 Emulation - pcsx_rearmed core
Dreamcast Emulation - flycast_xtreme core
PSP Emulation - Standalone PPSSPP emulator
