St. Petersburg - Putin reviews ships at Fleet Day

On the occasion of the Day of the Russian Fleet, Russian President Vladimir Putin attended Sunday, July 30, the traditional parade of ships in St. Petersburg. In front of the leaders of Burkina Faso Ibrahim Traoré, Malian Assimi Goïta, Congolese Denis Sassou-Nguesso and Eritrean Isaias Afwerki, the Russian president praised the brave crews of Russian ships. A total of 45 surface ships and submarines, as well as 3,000 sailors participated in the parade in the former imperial capital.
