Manitoba PCs Add "Parental Rights" To Their Election Platform

The Manitoba PC's add protecting parental rights when it comes to parents being informed on whats going on in their childrens school and curriculum to their election platform. With the provincial election starting to heat up as it takes place on October 3rd, does this election promise nothing more than just that? The PC's haven't said anything about whats been happening at school board meetings across the province. Too little too late? What do you think?
