The Balkan Bite: Discovering the Irresistible Cevapi -The Skinless Sausage

In this video, we'll be exploring the irresistible cevapi - the skinless sausage that originates from the Balkans.

Cevapi is a popular appetizer in the Balkans and is usually eaten as a main course or as part of a barbecue. We'll show you how to make cevapi at home, and it'll be sure to whet your appetite for Balkan cuisine!

Ingredients
1 lb mixture of your choice beef , pork or lamb
1/2 an onion chopped very fine
1 egg
3 garlic cloves ( i used 3 TBS minced garlic )
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp pepper
1 tsp cayanne
1 tsp smoked paprika

Remember after mixing all of the ingredients let the mixture sit at least 4-5 hours....best over night!
Make your finger length sausages and grill away!
