Post #14 - "Blessed Are The Persecuted" Vision on Nov. 26/22 -posted Aug.20/23

The Lord gave me this vision in order to encourage me. And to prepare me for what lay ahead. Sure enough, several months later the spiritual attacks intensified tremendously, and have continued unabated. It's been almost unbelievable. Yet the joy of the Lord is my strength! The peace of God rules in my heart!

I know there are many others out there who have also been attacked. Some of you have lost family and friends, some have lost finances and other possessions, some have felt abandoned by those dearest to you. If you are making sacrifices in order to follow the Lord, just be encouraged that God's got this. He will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Here are some confirming scriptures for today's message:
2 Corinthians 4
6 For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
8 We are hard pressed on all sides, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair;
9 persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed.
10a We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus… so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.

Matthew 5:11,14-16
11 “Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account.
14 “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
15 Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house.
16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

Revelation 2:10
Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and … you will have tribulation. Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life.

Romans 8
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or distress or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
36 As it is written:
“For Your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

Luke 21:12-13
But before all this they will lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons, and you will be brought before kings and governors for my name's sake. This will be your opportunity to bear witness.

1 Peter 2
9But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, to proclaim the virtues of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
