Finger fish Fry(فنگرفش فرائی)

Ingredients
‏Fish tilapia fillets1kg
‏Chick pea powder 1cup
‏Corn starch 2tbs
‏Red chilli 1tbs
‏Black pepper 1/2tbs
‏Cumin powder 1tbs
‏Red chilli crushed 1tbs
‏Coriander powder 1/2tbs
‏Carom seeds/ ajwain 1/2tbs
‏Ginger+Garlic paste 1tbs
‏Oil for fry

‏Directions
‏Cut fish fillets into the fingers size fish. Second of all prepare the marination, add all the spices, corn starch and ginger garlic paste into the chick pea powder mix them until you have a fine paste. Add you finger fish and into the mixture and keep the like 15mnt before you frying. Heat up you oil on high flame about 10 minutes and then frying fish in oil on low flame. Cook them until you have Good golden crispy colour on them. Serve it with tamarind Sauce or any sauces you guys like. Thank you
