Tracking Hilary - Once a Category 4 Hurricane, downgraded to tropical storm before hitting CA

Hurricane Hilary has been downgraded to a tropical storm as wind speeds weaken around the eye of the storm as it continues north along Baja California heading toward San Diego. Initially peaking as a Category 4 hurricane before reaching land, the storm is now a tropical storm.
