Hilary Now A Tropical Storm, Threat For Catastrophic Flooding in Southern CA, Southwest Remains

Hilary weakened to a tropical storm as predicted, but the threat for catastrophic flooding and significant impacts to California and Nevada have not changed. Heavy rain is moving into the Southwest U.S. and will continue through the day, into Monday morning.
