Bone health tends to fly under the radar when it comes to health priorities. That may be because when the time in life when bone issues appear are usually in our older years. But what we need to be aware of is that the foundations are build years before this, in our younger years.

In this video I introduce the idea of bone health and why we need to look after our bones. This is the first video where I will be branching out and exploring different health conditions with the aim of educating on how to prevent chronic diseases later in life.
