Using the Ancore Trainer Pro cable machine for a chest workout.

Set up spotter arms low and used the Ancore strap mounts to secure the unit to the spotter arms.

From here I did flat bench and incline bench.

I could've done flys from here also but decided to do them seated.

I set up the Ancore Pro on my weight rack using the Rack mount and did seated cable flys.
