Water behaves uniquely in space. The way it holds together, called surface tension, and how liquids move through small spaces, known as capillary flow, can make moving fluids more efficient. Even though it might seem like playing around, understanding this could actually help us improve how fuel and other liquids are transported in microgravity situations, like in fuel tanks for space travel.
