This week, president Donald Trump was alleged to have asked aloud why we need to take in immigrants from countries he referred to as shitholes. The White House denies that was the exact language and people at the discussion are telling conflicting stories. The media and political establishment wasted no time seizing on the opportunity to virtue signal, calling Trump a racist, and generally clutching their pearls like they’ve never heard the word before.

The question I would ask is if we’re supposed to be taking refugees from these countries, why are they leaving? Apparently, they are not fleeing shitholes. They are fleeing amazing places or something.
