Führerprinzip - Leadership Principle

In this episode, we discuss the Führerprinzip, or Leadership Principle, which was heavily promoted in National Socialist Germany. What if, in the future, you had a good System which was working in the best interest of its people? How would that System want you to behave: like followers or leaders? After watching this episode, we would like to hear your opinion. Would you like to see a Leadership Principle such as this in a new System that works for the best interest of its people?
