A Picture is worth a thousand words.

2 minutes of video is all it would have taken to convict this criminal.
Why not use pictures, but instead use a witness who could be asked questions.
I wonder why, I will cover this later, but I reckon you will work it out.
BTW I'm glad they used a witness because I knew they would and then I could ask questions too.........................for the record.
