Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs in English | Stories for Teenagers |
Once upon a time, in a faraway kingdom, there lived a beautiful princess named Snow White. She had skin as white as snow, lips as red as blood, and hair as black as ebony. Snow White's wicked stepmother, the Queen, was envious of her beauty and would often consult her magic mirror, asking who was the fairest in the land. The mirror always replied that Snow White was the fairest.
The Queen's jealousy grew to the point where she ordered a huntsman to take Snow White into the forest and kill her. However, the huntsman couldn't go through with it and let Snow White go, warning her to flee and never return. Snow White wandered deep into the forest, eventually finding a small cottage where seven dwarfs lived.
The dwarfs allowed Snow White to stay with them as long as she kept the house clean and cooked for them. Meanwhile, the Queen discovered that Snow White was still alive and decided to take matters into her own hands. She used her dark magic to transform herself into an old peddler woman and offered Snow White a poisoned apple. Snow White took a bite and fell into a deep sleep, as if dead.
The dwarfs were devastated, but they placed Snow White in a glass coffin and mourned her. One day, a handsome prince passing through the forest saw Snow White and was captivated by her beauty. He asked the dwarfs if he could take her coffin, and as they lifted it, the piece of poisoned apple became dislodged from Snow White's throat, awakening her from her slumber.
Snow White and the prince fell in love, and he took her to his kingdom, where they were married in a grand ceremony. The wicked Queen, however, received her just punishment when she was forced to dance in red-hot iron shoes until she died.
And so, Snow White and the prince lived happily ever after, their love prevailing over the evil intentions of the Queen.
This timeless fairy tale has been adapted into numerous versions and continues to captivate audiences of all ages. It teaches lessons about jealousy, kindness, and the triumph of love over darkness.
