Ingredients:

. 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
. 1/2 red onion finely sliced
. 1/2 green bell pepper finely sliced
. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
. 1/2 teaspoon salt
. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
. 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes

. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or as needed
. 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
. Tomato basil sauce
. 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:

. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet.
. Cook the chicken with all the seasonings and vegetables. Set a side.
. On a lightly floured surface, unfold one sheet of puff pastry. Roll it out slightly to flatten any creases.
