Hi everyone! Here is my FIRST EVER VLOG. From making breakfast to my workout routine, to running errands and seeing friends. Here's just a basic day in the life of muah. Thanks for watchinggggg :)

FULL WORKOUT:
Treadmill:
- Jog 0.5 mile
- Run 1.0 mile (FAST)
- Jog 0.5 mile

Barbell:
Hang Cleans: 4x12
Push Press: 4x12
Bent Over Rows: 4x12

Abs:
- Planks: 3x45 sec each (down-side-side)
- Windshield Wipers: 3x40
- Hip taps: 3x20 each (rest the knee if too hard)
- Twisting Hip Planks: 3x30 sec
