Hi everyone!
This video is related to obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD).
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (weham ki bemari) is a mental health disorder that produces unwanted, intrusive, and recurring thoughts, behaviors, or images that are difficult to control. People who suffer from OCD feel compelled to repeat certain actions repeatedly out of fear that something bad might happen if they don't. For instance, a person with OCD may feel compelled to check the doors numerous times to ensure they are locked, repeatedly wash their hands until they feel clean enough, count things in a particular volume, repeat phrases in their heads until they feel "just right," or avoiding certain numbers or colors.

OCD is caused
by a combination of environmental, biological, and genetic factors that may differ from one person to another. Studies have shown that abnormalities in the brain’s chemical activity are also a likely cause of OCD.

Symptoms of OCD
Include fear of contamination, excessive checking, repeating routine actions, fear of harming yourself or others, unwanted thoughts or urges, and the need for symmetry or order.
If left untreated, OCD may interfere with an individual's daily life, leading to depression, anxiety, and other mental health problems. Treatment options for OCD include:

1) Medication
2) Psychotherapy
3) Exposure & response prevention therapy
4) Cognitive-behavioral therapy
or a combination of these methods.
A mental health professional will help a person with OCD to develop healthy coping strategies that will enable them to manage their compulsions, stress, and anxiety levels.
