Wars, Rumors of Wars: Republic of Korea Nationwide Civil Defense Drill

The Republic of Korea (ROK) government will carry out a nationwide civil defense drill on August 23, 2023, at 14:00 (2:00pm) local time. The scheduled exercise will begin with an air-raid warning at 14:00 (2:00pm) and end with a lifting siren at 14:20 (2:20pm).
