In April 1998, a company by the name of L.S.J., L.L.C. bought a private island just off the southern coast of St.Thomas island in the United States Virgin Islands for almost $8 million. Little Saint James Island, often referred to as the Island of Sin, Orgy Island, or Pedophile Island among the locals, spanned over 72 acres of exclusivity. The grand primary residence, known as the "Great House," featured lavish interiors and stunning views. Guesthouses provided luxurious accommodations, while the expansive pool offered relaxation in an idyllic setting. Additional amenities included tennis courts and meticulously maintained gardens. The island's privacy was ensured by a private helicopter pad and harbor. Meaning there was no other way one could get off or on the island. For years locals were suspicious of Epstien's activities, but now they were about to learn of the horrifying crimes committed on Little Saint James Island.
