A Friday not so Funny is Bobby Kennedy will not legalize marijuana, only decriminalize it and tax it. That burdens financially strained Americans, and creates more federal job that get like 50 days a year off and the golden benefits package, including pay for life pension. Bobby is doing you no favors environmentally or with legalization.
