After years of excessive lawsuit filings accusing Florida business owners of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act, Florida lawmakers took a major step this week to cripple the abuse of ADA laws. Investigative reporter Katie LaGrone exposed the problem in November and reports on how business owners will soon have a tool to fight back what critics describe as "frivolous" lawsuits.
