Ingredients:
Sausage: I used a ring of garlic sausage
Cheese: I used a block of marble cheese cut into cubes
Bacon: Not to thin and not to thick lol
Toothpicks : To hold things together
Seasonings: I used Creole fixx by Motley Que ( use what you like)
Hungarian Yellow pepper ( you can use a jalepeno )
Sauce: Combination of Rib Candy (apple habenaro) and Blues Hogg Competition blend.

Directions:
Slice sausage into rings a bit bigger than a Pencil
Cut Bacon long enough to have a slight overlap around the sausage slice.
Push through tooth pick to secure bacon to sausage making a tube.
Slice the pepper into small disks and place one in each pig shot
Place a cube of cheese in each pig shot
Use another tooth pick to secure the top of the pigshot.
Season the Pig Shot
Place in the smoker at 300 F
Cook till is a bit crispy and sauce, let sauce set remove tooth picks and enjoy!
