A new day, Do you have a morning routine? #Carnivore Breakfast, and my morning routine. #motivation

On my best days, I give thanks for the wonderful, successful day ahead before I get up.
I do my breathing exercises, I spend 20 minutes just with my wife, no tech, no tv, just appreciating the fact that she is with me, and that she has chosen to stay with me through all the tough times.
Then I eat breakfast, and start my day.
A morning routine, is motivational because you have already started by getting things done, and you feel more confident that you can do more through the day.
