Part 1 of 2
The National Citizens Inquiry testimony of John Carpay, a lawyer and president of the Center for Constitutional Freedom. An agency offering education and litigation to Canadians whose rights have been violated. He has represented several citizens of Canada that include doctors, nurses, students, government workers, and the Alberta woman who was denied a life-saving organ transplant.
In his excellent testimony, he makes 18 recommendations to change the current system. One such recommendation is to make the chief medical officer accountable for statements and actions. To make all pertaining data, the government used to make decisions public and transparent. Have weekly meetings with legislators questioning the health minister's decisions and continue to use the process of democratic accountability. Provinces should only use existing emergency response plans, have an end goal plan, and do a cost benefit analysis.
Mr. Carpay describes the type of legislation he would amend and discusses the responsibility of the government to provide substantial evidence to demonstratably justify the decision they have made.
Many court cases are happening simultaneously throughout Canada, and time will be a great asset as more evidence of the damage to Canadian lives is collected.

The covid restrictions and mandates hurt many Canadians. Please listen to their stories.
