Young Afghans recount deadly Channel crossing

22-year-old Afghan Idris was convinced he was going to die when the small boat he and dozen of others were on capsized in the Channel as he tried to reach England from France. It was only thinking of his parents back home, and the fact that he embarked on this perilous trip to help his family, that gave him the strength to stay afloat, he told Reuters.
