Shareholder Sues Target - Chaos Ensues

According to an article by the Washington post, Investors were suing Target for allegedly misleading investors when it said it was monitoring risks related to its diversity, equity and inclusion policies. While the stock prices did fall but that was also true for other retailers. There are other factors that could have contributed to the declining stock prices such as shoplifting, boycotts, the culture war, higher prices, covid ect.
