Water bath canning delicious bruschetta!

Ingredients:
9 Cups (3 lbs) diced plum or Roma tomatoes
1 Cup dry white wine
1 Cup white wine vinegar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 Cup water
2 tbsp sugar
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp dry basil
2 tbsp dry orrgano
