No Bake Chocolate Cake

Ingredients for Chocolate Syrup: Coco Powder 1/2 cup

Sugar 1 cup

Water 2 cups Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

Butter 4 tbsp.

Salt 1 tsp

Digestive Biscuits 3 cups

Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache:

Dark Chocolate 1 cup Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1 pack

Ingredients for Assembling: Chocolate Biscuits Crust

Chocolate Ganache as required Chocolate frosting as required

Chocolate chips as required

Directions for Chocolate Syrup Preparation:

1. In a pan add coco powder, sugar, and water, saltand vanilla essence and mix it well. 2. Cook it for 2-3 minutes and add butter and cook until it thickens in consistency. Let it cool at room

temperature. 3. Crush Digestive Biscuits in big pieces.

4. Mix prepared chocolate syrup in biscuits and set in

cake mold. Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours. Directions for Chocolate Ganache Preparation:

5. Melt dark chocolate along with Nestlé MilkPak

Dairy Cream and microwave for 1 minute. Now mix

them well until chocolate melts in the cream. 6. Layer the cake with ganache and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.

Directions for Assembling:

7. Now take the prepared cake, add chocolate chips to the sides of the cake.

8. Decorate the cake with chocolate frosting.

9. Your No Bake Chocolate Cake is ready. Serve and enjoy.
