Do your kick ups look like this☝️? Save this for your next handstand session!

Instead of just mindlessly trying to get up, set yourself up for success with these cues:

👉 start with your hands on the floor and push!
👉 make sure to bring shoulders over wrists
👉 bring shoulders towards the ears by pushing strongly to your hands
👉 lower ribs in

This way - when you actually kick up, you’ll have a better chance of actually catching balance because at least your upper body is in a correct alignment.

FYI - learning to balance in your handstand takes time and alignment is just one part of the equation. Correct alignment is not a magic pill. Handstands are a skill that take plenty of practice.
