Mango sago Drink

Ingredients for Mango shake:

Sugar 1/2 cup

Milk 2 cups

Mango chunks 1 cup

Ingredients for Mango Jelly:

Water 1 ½ cup

Mango jelly powder 1/4 cup

Ingredients for assembling:

Tapioca pearls 1/2 cup Water (For boiling) 1 L

Pistachios (Chopped) as required Almonds (chopped) as required

Mango chunks as required

Mango jelly as required Ice cubes as required

Tapioca pearls (boiled) as required Mango shake as required

Directions for Mango Shake Preparation: Add the mango chunks in a blender. Add sugar andblend until it turns into a smooth puree. In a blender add 1/2 cup mango puree and milk, blend it well to form mango milk shake. Set aside. Directions for Mango Jelly:

In a pot add water bring to boil then add jelly and mix until fully dissolved. Let it cool on room temperature and then chill for 30 min in refrigerator. Cut into cubes and set aside.

Directions for Assembling: In a pot, bring 1 liter of water to boil. Add the tapioca

pearls and cook for 15 minutes or until translucent. Stir occasionally to prevent from sticking together. Turn off heat and strain the pearls using a sieve. Rinse thoroughly until the sago pearls are no longer hot to touch. Transfer to a bowl and soak in water. Set aside. In a jug add ice cubes, jelly, sabudana, mango chunks, pistachio, almonds and milk shake and mix it well and top each with the reserved mango chunks, pistachio and almonds. Your Mango Sabudana Drink is ready to serve.
