Mango Mastani

Ingredients for Mango Shake: Mango chunks 2 cups

Mango ice-cream 3 scoops

Milk (Chilled) 2 cups

Ingredients for Mango puree: Mango chunks 1 cup

Sugar 1 tbsp

Assembling:

Mango cubes (small) 2 tbsp

Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops

Mango milkshake as required Mango puree 1/4 cup

Dry fruits (almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios) as

required

Tutti frutti as required

Red cherry 1

Red syrup as required

Directions for Mango Mastani Preparation:

1. In a blender add mango chunks, ice cream, milk and mix well.
2. In a blender add mango chunks, sugar and blend well to prepare mango puree. Set aside. 3. In a glass add mango cubes, red syrup, vanilla ice-cream scoops, mango puree, dry fruits, mango

milk shake, tutti frutti.

4. Top it with red cherry and serve.

Mango Dalgona

Ingredients: Mango puree 1 cup Whipping cream 1 cup Ice cubes 2-3 Milk (chilled) 1 cup

Mint leaves as required

Directions for Mango Dalgona Preparation: 1. In a bowl add whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form. Now add mango puree and beat again well incorporated. Dalgona mixture is ready. 2. Chill the prepared dalgona mixture for 1-2 hours. 3. In a glass add ice cubes and chill milk, pour in dalgona mixture, garnish it with mango chunks, mango puree, mint leaves and serve chilled.
