I forgot how to be me!

Ever found yourself lost in transition, grappling with the question, "Who am I?" I will take you on my personal journey of self-discovery, triggered in the wake of the loss of my mother, financial trials, and profound grief. Inspired by Ren Gill's poignant song, 'How to Be Me,' I'll reveal how an important part of rediscovering myself included seeing my reflection in the eyes of some of my oldest friends, who reminded me of my past self and the impact I'd had on them.

What role does connection play in our journey of self-discovery? I explore this in my own life and how helpful it has been in helping me learn "how to be me" again, a new, more weathered and wise version of me!

In connecting with others, we can gain fresh perspectives and a reminder of our value as human beings. I also discuss how growth can happen from dark places and being stuck in the mud, reflecting on how personal insights often come wrapped in discomfort and challenge.
